This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to every service on your account and to everyone you give access to your server, such as your server's staff. You are responsible for what runs on your server, including plugins, mods and content your players upload.
We are a hosting provider. We do not monitor servers or player chat in general. We act on reports, on problems our systems detect, and on orders from authorities.
1. Illegal content and activity
Do not use our services for anything illegal in the Netherlands or where you operate. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material.
- Terrorist content or content inciting violence.
- Copyright infringement, including hosting or distributing pirated games, server files, paid plugins or mods.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, and selling stolen accounts, data or payment details.
- Malware, including hosting it, spreading it or running command-and-control servers.
2. Harm to people
Not allowed:
- Publishing someone's private information without consent (doxxing).
- Threats, stalking and organised harassment of individuals or groups.
- Content that incites hatred, discrimination or violence against people because of their race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
- Intimate images of a person shared without their consent, including AI-generated or edited images.
- Sexually explicit content of any kind. Our services are used by young players and we do not host adult content.
3. Real-money gambling
No casino games, betting, lotteries or case openings where players pay real money, or items bought with real money, for a chance to win something of value. Cosmetic rewards that cannot be bought or cashed out are allowed.
4. Network and security abuse
Not allowed:
- Attacking any system, including DDoS attacks, flooding, and brute-forcing logins.
- Running or advertising booter, stresser or DDoS-for-hire services.
- Distributing game cheats, hacked clients, server crashers or exploit tools.
- Port scanning or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Breaking into other servers, including other customers' servers or our panel.
- Spoofing IP addresses, sending spam, or running open proxies, VPN endpoints or Tor relays.
- Bypassing resource limits, monitoring or other security measures on our platform.
5. Resource use
Memory and storage are reserved for your server. CPU cores are shared with other servers on the same machine. Short spikes during startup, world generation or busy moments are normal and fine.
- Sustained full CPU load that slows down other servers is not allowed. We may limit the CPU of that server and contact you. If it keeps happening, we will ask you to move to a larger plan.
- Cryptocurrency mining is not allowed.
- Storage is for running your server. Using it as general file storage, a backup target for other systems or a download mirror is not allowed.
- Load or stress testing needs our permission first.
- Traffic is not metered, and busy game servers are what our network is for. Sustained transfer far beyond what a game server of your size needs, such as serving large downloads, streaming or moving many terabytes a month, is not. We contact you first and may limit your port speed if it continues.
6. What is allowed
- Offline-mode ("cracked") servers. Allowed. You may not host or distribute pirated game or server files. Get them from the official source or our installer.
- Non-game workloads. Discord bots, small websites, databases and similar lawful software are allowed within your plan's resources. We give support only for software our installer offers.
- Monetizing your server. Allowed where the game's license permits it. Following those rules is your responsibility.
7. Account abuse
Not allowed:
- More than one trial or money-back refund per person through multiple accounts.
- Fake identities or stolen payment methods.
- Reselling our services without written permission.
- Opening a new account after we closed yours, or helping someone else do that.
8. Reporting abuse and illegal content
Email [email protected] with "Abuse report" in the subject. This address is also our contact point for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act. We accept reports in English and Dutch. Include:
- where the content or activity is: server IP address and port, domain or other precise location;
- what the problem is and, for illegal content, why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and email address, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material;
- a statement that you believe the report is accurate and complete.
For copyright complaints, identify the work and include proof that you own it or act for the owner. We accept notices in DMCA format.
We confirm receipt, review each report carefully and objectively, and tell you what we decided. Child sexual abuse material can also be reported to Offlimits or the police.
9. Enforcement
We respond in proportion to the problem.
- Minor or accidental problems, such as a misconfigured plugin: we warn you and give you reasonable time to fix it.
- Repeated or deliberate problems, or when you do not respond to a warning: we suspend the affected server until the problem is fixed.
- Repeat offenders: after repeated warnings or suspensions, or when an account repeatedly hosts clearly illegal content, we close the account.
- Serious violations, such as child sexual abuse material, attacks, malware, fraud or terrorist content: we suspend or terminate immediately, without notice and without a refund. We preserve data and report to the authorities where the law requires it.
- When a server harms our network or other customers, we may limit or stop it first and contact you afterwards.
When we remove content or suspend or terminate a service, we email you a statement of reasons. It says what we did, the facts we relied on, whether it followed a report or our own finding, whether automated tools were involved, which rule or law was broken, and how to appeal. We may withhold it where the law requires, for example during a criminal investigation.
10. Appeals
If you disagree with our decision, reply to our email or email [email protected] within 30 days. Explain why, and what you have changed if the problem was real. A person reviews every appeal, and we reverse decisions that were wrong. The person who reported the content can ask for a review of our decision in the same way. You can always go to court instead.
11. Authorities
We cooperate with Dutch and EU authorities when they give valid legal orders. We tell you about such an order unless the law or the authority does not allow it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes that affect you are announced as described in section 17 of the terms of service.
