How fast is provisioning, really?
Median 42 seconds from payment to SSH on VDS-1 through VDS-3 VDS-4 runs closer to 60 seconds because the 200 GB NVMe carve is provisioned synchronously
Do I get full root, and what about kernel choice?
Full root, KVM virtualisation, you can install your own kernel, your own initramfs, your own bootloader Custom ISOs are supported on every tier
How do snapshots work, and how long are they kept?
Hourly snapshots on every tier VDS-1 keeps 3 hourly with 7-day retention; VDS-4 keeps 24 hourly with 60-day retention Off-site backups (a separate physical rack in Frankfurt) are a €2 / month add-on
Will my IPv4 follow me across upgrades and migrations?
Yes Once an IPv4 is allocated to your account it is sticky across resize, migrate, and rebuild operations You can also edit reverse DNS in the panel
How does billing prorate work?
To the hour Cancel, downgrade, or destroy at any time and you stop being billed at the next hour boundary No cancellation fees, no exit charges
Can I run Windows Server?
Yes 2022 Standard is available as a template, license €18 / month billed monthly You can also bring your own license via custom ISO
